Obiaa Dwaso

Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Obiaa Dwaso. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to them.

The platform and the shops

Obiaa Dwaso lists independent shops. Each shop chooses its products, prices, and whether it is open for online orders. When you place an order, you are buying from that shop. The shop is responsible for preparing the order and handing it over.

Accounts

You can check out as a guest. You can also create an account with an email and password, or continue with Google. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Shop staff use the portal, not the customer account pages. You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it closes the account and signs you out. An order you already placed remains so the shop can fulfil it and account for the sale. If you own a shop, deleting your account takes that shop off the site.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy the items shown for that shop at the prices shown at checkout. Enter a name, a working Ghana phone number, and an email address we can use to reach you. A delivery order needs an address. Pickup is available only when that shop offers it. A shop may pause new online orders; the register inside the shop is separate.

Prices and fees

Prices are in Ghana cedis. A service fee may be added at checkout and is shown before you pay. The amount you confirm is the amount of the order.

Payment

Checkout only offers a payment method when both the platform and the shop allow it. Mobile money and card payments are taken online through the shop’s payment provider and are complete when the payment succeeds. Cash on delivery, when it is offered, is paid to the shop. We may cancel an order that we cannot confirm or that was placed with details we cannot use.

Using the site

Do not use the site to place a false order, interfere with another shop’s catalog, or attempt to access an account or order that is not yours. We may close an account or refuse an order that breaks these terms.
