Obiaa Dwaso lists independent shops. Each shop keeps its own products, prices, and orders. These notes cover the public site.

Find a shop

The home page lists published shops that have chosen to appear there. Search by the shop’s name, then open it to see that shop’s products and categories. A shop that is not published does not appear, and a published shop can stay off the list while its own address still works.

Place an order

Add products to the cart for the shop you are browsing. At checkout, enter your name, a Ghana phone number, and an email address. You can check out as a guest, sign in, or create an account. If the shop offers pickup, you can collect the order instead of having it sent to an address.

Pay

The payment methods on the checkout page are the ones both the platform and that shop have turned on. Mobile money and card payments are taken online. Cash on delivery, when it is offered, is paid to the shop. The total, including any service fee, is shown before you confirm the order.

Track an order

Open Track Order on the shop and enter the order number plus the email or phone you used at checkout. A signed-in customer can also open Account to see paid orders placed with that email.

If a shop is not taking orders

A shop can pause new online orders. You can still browse it, and the register inside the shop is separate from the public checkout.
