Information you give us

When you check out or create an account, we store your name, email address, phone number, and, for a delivery order, the address you enter. An order also stores the shop, the items, the amounts, and the payment method you chose.

If you continue with Google, we receive the name and email address from that Google account and use them to sign you in or create a customer account.

Visits

When you open a page, we store the page, the time, your IP address, whether you are on a phone or a computer, the site that sent you here, and campaign tags on the link. A cookie on this site lets us count a return visit as the same visitor. Country and city come from the IP2Location LITE database. This site includes IP2Location LITE data available from https://lite.ip2location.com. Visit records are kept for 90 days. Shop staff can see visits to their own shop. Platform staff can see visits to the site and to each shop.

How we use it

We use these details to create the order, let you track it, show your orders in your account, and send order updates to the email or phone you provided. Shop staff sign in separately and are not listed as customers.

Who can see an order

The shop you bought from can see that order so it can prepare and fulfil it. Platform staff can see shops, orders, and payouts in order to run the site. Other shops do not see your order.

Payments

Online mobile money and card payments are processed by the payment provider for that shop. We store the payment status and reference for the order. We do not store your card number. Cash paid in person or on delivery is recorded by the shop and is not sent to a payment provider.

Asking about your information

Write to the support email below to ask what we hold about an order or account, or to correct a name, email, or phone number. We keep order records so the shop and the platform can account for the sale.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from your orders page, or from your profile if you run a shop. Deleting it signs you out and closes the account. A shop you own is taken off the site. Orders already placed stay so the shop can complete the sale and account for it.
